The art was ok, the animation could use improvement by making the girl fall back with the background moving for realism...

- In the second channel set pitch to +10

I prefer the Flash CS3 interface. It's lightweight and has everything you need to do a good animation. Fuck all that 3D crap and bones and effects. There's 3D softwares for stuff like that!

After Effects was used for post-production, mostly for text-effects but also to allow a constant 25fps playback. The problem with Flash rendering is that if the graphics get too intensive, they start chugging on your machine (depending on specs) and will affect the user viewing experience.
