We've got snow a week ago. Sadly, the afternoon was too warm so the snow melted.
Eh...maybe you've got rain over there in the Philippines mainly because it's so close to the equator. Blame the climate for that.
Heh, and if you want "freaking snow", go to the United States or somewhere close to the North. ;)
