Oh congrats with college and stuff! Yeah balancing schooling and hobbies is so difficult to me, cause it's obvious which one i'd rather be doing more lol. But you prefer to draw digitally? That's the only experience I haven't had because I can't afford a tablet, but tbh they seem cool as hell! But no need rush creativity, we'll see stuff from you when time frees up ^^
I don't know. The reason why I like to draw digitally is because it's really accessible since you really only need in materials is a drawing pen and a program.
In traditional, it's uncomfortable for me since it's WAY different than digital.
I have to plan everything out, know what brushes I need to use, know what kind of graphite pencil and tone works, techniques with charcoals with smudging, brushes, etc, colour mixing and color theory, etc.. it's just.. more complicated with all the planning needed.
